Thank you to all who helped with the 2022 Camporee!

On April 22-24, six hundred Scouts and Scouters converged on the Loma Linda campsite at Firestone Scout Reservation. A total of 21 Troops competed in 11 events. Despite the large attendance, everything ran smoothly, from arrival and check-in, to events and departure.

Event competitions were scored based on total points earned. All events were weighed equally. The top 4 scores for each event were split into four groups: Presidential, First, Second, and Third place. Based on this, ribbons were awarded to the top patrols for each event station:

Finally, we recognized the Top Troop at Camporee. The award was determined using a point-weighing system based on the number of ribbons earned by each patrol in each troop.

Troop 707 earned the spirit stick as the Top Troop at Camporee! Congratulations to Troop 707 on a job well done. They are now tasked with decorating the spirit stick to indicate their Troop, and then bring it to next year's Camporee for presentation to next year's winner.

All awards were presented at Saturday night's campfire. It was great to see everyone's energy!
